Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  3. Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and final sale items, are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@cooksphere.shop. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to ship your item.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.


Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Refunds are only available for:

  • Items returned in accordance with our return policy.

Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.


Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly replace it. Please contact us at support@cooksphere.shop with a description and photo evidence of the issue within 2 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or ingredients sold with kitchen gadgets).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and photos of the issue for prompt assistance.
